Automated woman's voice saying that there have been two charges on my card, one of which was £300 for Amazon. Then an invitation to press one button to allow the charges or another button to speak to an adviser. No mention. of course, of my bank's name. Clearly a SPAM call.

Be careful dealing with this number. He is acting as a professional and will show a lot of fake proof for you to believe and get your trust. He is a very dangerous in person. A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
