Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.

Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously. you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed.

My vulnerable relative ordered windows from Norfolk Windows Ltd, and was happy with service. Then they kept ringing back trying to get another order, despite being asked not to several times. Reported to information commissioner.

I was rung by someone on this number who introduced himself as being from Premium Domains. I hung up as I was busy with customers and he then rang back a further 5 times, one of the times he said I know where you live and there were other idiots laughing in the background.
