I received the number 01223933956 this morning. Claimed to be a Sean with a very heavy Indian sub-continent accent, from BT Outreach claiming there were problems with my internet. I engaged with him, to spin him along so he would have less time with more vulnerable people but when he realised what I was doing he became very abusive.

No reason for anyone from London to call me in Ohio.

SCAM An automated IVR message plays informing users of them being investigated by HMRC for Tax Fraud and also a criminal case started by police. For avoiding arrest warrant, it ask users to use other options of IVR menu. It seems highly suspicious and outright scam call. Please report this number 07738375571.

Call claims to be from Virgin Media saying there’s something wrong with your computer. Asks you to sit in front of the computer and tell you there’s something wrong with your IP address which is messing everything up. SCAM

Claiming to be novuna finance Company they have managed to scam my daughter in law and son out of £329 saying they had to pay this for credit check and insurance it's only till they asked them to send £150 via an argos gift card they realised it's a scam and now they have lost all their money I spoke to novuna finance the ligit company while they was on phone and they said it was a scam and with that the scammer hung up and now can't get hold of them

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. As with the previous review, received a text supposed to be from Apple telling me my wallet features have been put on hold, due to an unusual transaction, and to visit the link in the text message. Needless to say I have not got an Apple wallet and did not click the link. I assume it's a scam.

Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

Scam calls, usually related to Crypto. These people have been harassing me for over a year due to the previous owner of my phone number having filled out an inquiry on their website. They call from numbers generated in the UK and across Europe/Asia. The number is not in service when you try to call it back.

Fraudulent automated call pretending to be from Visa, saying that there is a £900 debit pending on my card.
