Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.
Indian lady in a noisy call centre, claimed to be 'BT Technical Services'. Said that there was a problem with my internet connection. I told them to carry on fixing it and cleared-down.

Fraud/SCAM Pretends to be Revolut, they knew my name, home address and email address used with Revolut. Claimed my card ending NNNN was added to new device, tried to get more information. When I asked how do I know they are Revolut, they said I can check number at the back of the card. Wanted to confirm my last transaction - if I shared information they would be able to possibly attempt access recovery on my account. The caller number can be easily spoofed. Trading Company looks legit. They pay $30 to new customers if you will agree to register.
I'm getting constant spam calls and email from these people. Told them to stop, they have not done. Never subscribed to them, and there is no unsubscribe button. Company has no respect for anyone. Clearly have no clue about UK GDPR law - Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased.

Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.
I stay in the West Coast of Scotland. Got a call from this Portsmouth number??? Apparently its a hair salon??? Hung up when I answered. It is either a genuine wrong number mis dial on thier part or their phone number has been hacked.

Another 'service' calling about my unresolved landlord repair. I returned their call to ask they remove my number. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Don't use their scam 'services'- they are available elsewhere for free.
This number called asking for a different names colleague and asking them to make a donation but didnt want to leave a name or number said they would try again next week seemed suspicious
