The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered.
