callcentre background noise, called about a car accident. I asked how they got my details, they said from "insurance". I asked which insurance company and was told to "shut up" before they hung up. Dialled 1471 and get the number, tried to call it back and get engaged tone

fraudulent replacment window scam claiming to have a subsidy scheme.

i live in the area where the call number originates from but its not from here its usually someone from liverpool or up north with crap about car accident etc etc, tried calling it back but puts you on hold with music playing and american voice every now and again saying your call is important please hand on if only people could find a real job rather than harrassing people on a daily basis

Computer assisted agent asked about a car accident, kept asking about accidents and someone hitting my car. In the end I said I had an accident last night and was transferred to a real person. He just kept saying "Hello", probably because I muted the call :)

Called and disconnected when answered, no Google results on this number.

This number calls me everyday at varied times, and has done so for several months. Occasionally, I answer, always with the intention of asking them to stop calling me, but there is only silence at the other end of the line for a few seconds before they terminate the call. Very sinister and extremely irritating. What can I do to stop this?

Someone called my mobile. missed the call returned the call auto answer vague office sounds. Spam.

Claimed i had a problem with my computer which i find very irritating as we get this three or four times a day.Measures should be made to stop these calls.

Like last commenter yes they use a network of number local and otherwise in the hope u ll pick up the phone They have been phoning my house phone for months with an automated man message And now they have my mobile number Great! Too much of our information is easily accessed by these people under the credit rules What happened to data protection law?!? Don t answer them tell them nothing and completely ignore them
