Called asking me to confirm I d been involved in a road accident recently. Said I had no idea what they were on about and they immediately hung up. Block it!

I get roughly 10 calls a day from London which I presume is the same company with same first 7 numbers being 020 3966 followed by 2150, 2146 and 2264, no message is ever left ...

Called claiming to be Scottish Power. I stupidly went through the security questions (address and DOB) as I am in process of leaving Scottish Power. He then said I had a balance to pay on the account and would I like to pay by card. I had suspicions though and said I would do it online - he asked why, at which point I was really suspicious and called up Scottish Power who didn t know the number, and said my account was in credit. Called twice asking for a specific somebody, both very polite when told wrong number and apologised.

scam: `you've had an accident which was not your fault'

An automated message saying I have missed a call from my internet provider. It s a hoaxer and I have contacted BT about this

Just had exactly the same experience as Steve above. Caller made out I had talked to him Last October abd tried to say I ad agreed to an advert costing ?165 Told him to prove that and he hang up so just a pain in the ar** seems

Keep calling our business number so have lots of missed calls from them when not in - they either hang up after a couple of rings or don t say anything/hang up as soon as we answer - nuisance!

My policy is coming up for renewal - persistent number of telephone calls from them tho

Get calls twice a day,they just hang up very annoying as I can't walk very far

This number buggers me several times a day. Why is it that they keep calling me, when they have my mother s number and could contact her directly.... It s a legitimate number, as I ve checked with TSB themselves when they carried the first time. It s going on my block list.

David called regarding cavity wall insulation and hung up when I told him my house doesn t have cavity walls.

This number calls every so often asking for Mark and also sends texts offering a free laptop. I tried telling them they had the wrong number before I found out it was a marketing ploy. Just tell them to f**k off now!

Received call 08.55 today, 02 Nov 2020. Pause on answering, then click, so instantly suspicious. Voice with heavy Indian subcontinent accent and unfamiliarity with English form ...
