Trying to get hold of your name and national insurance number!

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. in the details section it reads "No responsibility will be taken for the accuracy..." which is a good thing because the number entered is an ENGLISH number yet the map shows a city in a country which I presume is USA... couldnt be more wrong if you tried...

These guys keep calling us and if you question them then they hang up. I called back straight away and managed to speak to someone who apologised but think they sound very dodgy

Keep getting calls from this number, never leave a msg, don't know this number

They called my number asking for me by a name I haven t gone by for nearly 5 years, so I am assuming that somewhere someone / some company, has sold on their client list. I said she wasn t available and could I take a message, the scouse guy gave Chase Alexander as the company name. The same company that pretty much harassed me last year on various different landline and mobile numbers. Each time i just said I didn t know the person they called for etc.

This woman claimed to call from Virgin Mobile in order to update my contract. But i didnt believe it and hung up.

Kept saying an extra 1.6 billion as been allcated by banks for refunds and kept rtying to get my personel details.
