Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19269121xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Road traffic accident / Accident claim experts / Harringtons with PPI. I received a call from 0800 389 0755...missed it so thought it was a client and called it back, voicemail stated it was Santander and they would call back. First issue I had with this is I don t or never have banked with Santander.vso I sourced the local branch number to enquire if someone had opened an account in my name or if there were any fraudulent activity regarding my name number.
