Call initially started with recording from a laura mason then tranferred to a man with a foreign voice. He managed to get my name and address and car reg and crash details before i clicked something wasnt right. He wanted me to sign documents in relation to a claim i made for a recent accident. There s something very screwy about this number. They ve just tried to call on my landline, it rang three times and then cut off. Immediately I was called on one of my mobiles by the same number but the problem is it wasn t the number I have currently registered with Santander, it s one that was removed from my account about a week ago. When I tried to call back I got a recorded message saying Santander tried to call. I don t know if this is a scam or not but it s a real nuisance.
