The man with an Indian accent claimed that he is from Virgin media but asked if I'm with Virgin. When confronted being a scammer, hanged up.

Scam pretending to be from Visa.
I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. SCAM Fraud 13/July/2023, UK Robot caller, spoofing a local number, (area code) pretending to be from the "Visa fraud dept" and giving a number of non-existent transactions. Didn't bother trying to "press 1 to report."
Called it was a recording saying HM revenue and customs I hung up

Got a WhatsApp message from this number asking if I was working today. WhatsApp shows it as a business number and with the name Angela! I suspect it's an attempted Fraud, but really not sure.

Received a number of calls from this company claiming to be working with Convention Experts for a Show they didn’t know the name of and had the wrong company name. When asked who provided them our details they wasn’t able to answer. Just scam artists!!!
