Rang this morning and warned me that one of our computers was generating spam emails in my name. Mike Reed gave me a 32 digit number which he claimed was a Microsoft licence number for all our computers on our network. As I know that each computer has its own licences number I told him I would check this my self and call him back. He gave me this number which I am now checking. Bloke was very friendly and implied he was from BT and TPS. said there had been a large number of unsolicited calls in the area and offered a service to stop them. Hung up when I pressed him about price and told him I wouldn t pay. Scarily convincing to vulnerable people!

Always press 9 to remove from caller list but keeps phoning. When I connected I asked 11 times to be removed from their database they just kept asking why I didn t want the money I m owed. Asked to speak to supervisor told he was a supervisor, this needs reporting to ofcom.

Keep calling our business number so have lots of missed calls from them when not in - they either hang up after a couple of rings or don t say anything/hang up as soon as we answer - nuisance!
