Lady with Asian accent said she was from BT, asked for the email address of the person who she should email about an internet and systems update. I said we didn t use BT and I was suspicious of the call, she put phone down.

These people are scammers who target elderly vulnerable people. They cold called my mother who has dementia, despite her being registered with the TPS. They talked her into completely unnecessary cover for a washing machine for £225 pounds. This seems to be their MO as I have now seen it on numerous forums about them. This is now in the hands of her banks fraud team.

I suspect a scam. Added to my phone book memory facility list on phone. Input these nuisance numbers in so they show up on my screen as caller id: ignore1, ignore2, ignore3 etc After a couple of months can delete off phone book memory, by then they have given up if you don t answer.

Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.

I had a phone call from this company called Eco Management ( an asian guy called Michael Singh ID d himself ( because I asked him to) - it was about solar panels, & saving energy i googled this & there was a site for them in birmingham - however the number was nowhere near it. It had a direct no that started with an 0121( birminghamSTD code) - Anyone had a call from this company before?? Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.
