Rang this morning, but showed as as an International (02??) call so I ignored it. When I went back into the phone to see my unanswered calls, it showed a sthis number.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. Missed call from 07529631402 on my 'spare' phone that I only use for online word games and whose number I have only given to O2 during a top-up to maintain the £5 monthly bundle. No one else should know the phone number, unless it has been recycled from a while ago (who knows how long that might be?) or the call may have originated from a phone dialler which was just workjng its way through a sequence.

I had a call from 08004118899 trying to persuade me to buy plan to cover a Hotpoint washing machine as according to them my warranty has expired. Since I have never registered this machine and I doubt the respected shop from which it was bought would give them my details I was suspicious of their company and proposed service. Looking at these comments it would appear I am correct in resisting their advances.
