Rang to ask for information relating to a policy i dont have. I hung up, they rang back where my 5 year old answered and yelled abuse down phone claiming to be cancelling my policy and hung up. Rang back and then 3 seperate people who knew my name answered and hung up. If its legit its totally unprofessional!! Dont answer!!

The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back. I am on the TPS register. I called the number on www.supporterinsight.com to complain.
