Unsolicited call. They get your details fraudulently, then call you. They hung up when inquired

Asked me by name and surname. A car accident, or me being involved as a passenger. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! She was very persistent.
DHL customs charges, sounded legit, didn't force the payment or anything so probably all good.
