Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

Called twice from this number this morning, claiming to be from O2 Commercial, phishing I suspect - number now blocked
Calling on personal cell number about 'IT services' and domains I have registered - through my business. Challenged them on ignoring TPS, and fact that they have obtained data illegally since all domain registration detail is now 'redacted' - caller hung up. Sounded like a VOIP line, big call centre by the level of noise in the background and most likely Indian sub-continent from accent of caller.

Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. In the past few days, I have had numerous calls from numbers all starting with 118 230... The one I just asked about called on Feb.27th. Some of the calls were from: 118 230 4879 on Feb 22 118 230 2166 do 118 230 1074 do 118 230 8085 on Feb 27 118 230 0029 on Feb 28 118 230 5240 do This seems like nuisance calling to me, and I'm inclined to think it's about a scam of some sort, not simple soliciting for business.
