Got a call from this number and when I answered there was no reply, seems to be an automated machine cold calling.

This number kept calling my mobile, but I kept missing speaking with whomever was calling. I actually picked up a call today and a man with a sing-song accent (hard to understand) said he was from the Citizen s Advice Bureau, which I thought highly unlikely. He then went on to ask me if I had had any accidents recently - any trips, falls, car accidents etc etc. Scam merchant - I told him to remove my name from his call sheet and never call again.

Answered call no one spoke so after saying hello 4 times I hung up will block this number after reading other 2 comments

They called my number asking for me by a name I haven t gone by for nearly 5 years, so I am assuming that somewhere someone / some company, has sold on their client list. I said she wasn t available and could I take a message, the scouse guy gave Chase Alexander as the company name. The same company that pretty much harassed me last year on various different landline and mobile numbers. Each time i just said I didn t know the person they called for etc.

I called the number it came back as not recognised so I replied to the text asking who they are but no reply

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. they have called me twice on my mobile and on my landline claiming to be something to do with an accident claim on my car insurance but when i asked what car was this about both times put the phone down on me.
