This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. You can contact Phil (and I suggest you do) by calling 0161 902 3721. My advice is to continue calling that number until you are put through to Phil. Caller from (far away lands) wanted to speak with the owner of the mobile number though his voice was quite clear , I had quit a bit of background noise on my end end as aske him to repeat what he had asked then he hung up. Now blocked

They said I might be due a refund from some form financing I took out in 2011, I new it wasn t me because I was incarcerated from 2008-2013. when I told them this they hung up.

No answer. Rang back and got a message saying "Your call is very important to me. Please hold whilst we transfer you to an agent."
