Unsolicited call to TPS registered mob, no message. Blocked. Why are gov not acting?

recived phone call today saying that they are cancelling my cumputor licence . please stop them doing itand stop them calling to my number

This number repeatedly calls. Then puts the phone down. Am getting a very loud whistle to blow down the phone.

This number keeps ringing me - my boyfriend answered it once (after many calls i refused to answer) and it was a man asking for another womans name. my boyfriend said he had the wrong number and it was left at that. However i have since had more calls from this number. I am very reluctant to answer it and i wish it would stop calling!

Just got my new phone yesterday and have had 6 missed calls from this number already!!!!! I havent answered any and dont intend to! This needs to be stopped now!!!
