They rang me then rang off. I do not know anyone in Manchester. Found out from the below it was the normal scam of PPI or accident or the rest. I have blocked the number on my phone.

TAXES / HMRC This number is an automated message stating that it is from HMRC and they ask you to press "1" to connect with an agent as there is a warrant against you for tax fraud. The last month i received various calls from this and similar numbers for the same matter. This week only i had three calls. Other numbers related to the same incident: +447583476086
Keep ringing and leaving 7 minute long voicmails and not leaving me alone even though I have told them in not interested in what there selling!
