A man calling himself Mark started calling me on a Monday and leaving messages stating that he was going to have me arrested if I did not get a Walmart green dot card and pay a supposed debt. A gentleman with an Indian accent called he was from the Telephone Preference Service asking if I was still receiving nuisance calls. Went on to ask me to confirm the expiry date on my card, "the one that the direct debit for my phone bill is paid from". Knew by this stage that it was a scam to get bank details so told him I was not prepared to give any details over the phone and hung up. Within minutes of ending the call, the number called back but I did not answer.

They gave me the details of my account, bit of a hard sell but eventually ended up adding over 20Gb per month and free subscription for an extra £2 pcm without extension to contract. Details showed in Vodafone app within minutes. Genuine call but a hard sales person, very very persistant.
