Scam claiming to be Amazon - regular caller, different number.
Had a call asking for bank details to continue my Amazon Prime membership during a trial. The call said it would take £80 (ish) in a couple of days unless bank details given. Went on to Amazon to find the trial finishes in 20 days... Be safe people!

Banking SCAM Claimed that there was suspicious activity on my Lloyds bank account, a £22,000 payment to Mohammed builders. Lloyds confirmed that it was an attempted scam.
Got a call from this number and as soon as I picked up the caller hung up. This makes me suspicious. Why call and hang up?

03442414141 Said they were from Sky They were reducing my subscription because of Covid. Asked for sort code - when I queried passed me to supervisor. Both repeated that it was a recorded line!! I asked what other information they were going to ask for - that would be known when the sort code was entered!
