It s valid for London but whether it s genuine is impossible to tell. The incoming number displayed on a phone screen can be spoofed from anywhere.

Received a call from this number on 20/12/14 and let it go to ansaphone as I didn t recognise the number and get a large number of nuisance calls. If people start to leave a message, I pick up. Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me.
