07-397-694-853 17/06/21 I have just received a phone call from this mobile no. & I did not answer the call. They did not leave a voicemail, nor have they sent a text msg. I tried calling the no. adding 141 as a prefix, but the phone msg said they were unavailable. I have no clue who this is!

SCAM The lady identified herself as Linda and spoke with an Indian accent, knew my postcode and said she was calling about my boiler cover, which is on a high tariff that can be lowered. I pointed out we have no cover, she tried the spiel asking how old it was. I told her it is only a few years old, paid for outright and under warranty. I told her I thought she was trying to scam me and we are TPS registered. She said sorry you would receive another call.

This number just called my landline, the lady claimed that she was from Sky and that it had been reported time that my sky broadband was not performing at the correct speed. She did not confirm any of my customer details. Then she asked me what devices were connected to the broadband and instructed me to go to the p.c, so tat I could adjust the broadband settings. Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place.
