Anybody getting calls from this number should report to police and trading standards, but also file a complaint with ICO and TPS, they prey on vulnerable people so if you really need to see someone about face to face I suggest discussing all the details with the citizens advice bureaux. My 92 year old uncle who has sight hearing and mobility problems has lots of calls to this number he can't use the phone and being charged for them I'm asking BT to look into this as if you call it it just beeps a few times this is obviously a scam I have asked them to block this number waiting for a call back from BT. think they are targeting the Elderly from comments on other sites if this number rings you do not answer and report to your phone provider
