This is a scam number from India (pretending to be in Northern Ireland) saying they are BT Openreach and I have a virus on my PC. Just put the phone down BT does not call customers unless you have already raised a fault and all their call centres are in the UK.

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.

I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. This number called me telling me about an over payment I d made on a loan prior to 2009. When I asked for more details as to whom the company was I d overpaid, the man laughed and I dunno it was before 2009 . I then said I have no idea and the phone was hung up.
