RECEIVED A SILENT PHONE CALL THIS MORNING 23 OCT 2019 - WANTED TO REPORT IT TO BT BUT HAD TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS A SCAM PHONE CALL FIRST. OTHERWISE I COULD BE PREVENTING GENUINE CALLERS FROM USING THEIR PHONES. AFTER CHECKING ON LINE THE PHONE NUMBERS THAT I DO NOT RECOGNISE OR THOSE I HAVE ANSWERED AND FINDING OTHER REPORTS ON LINE I HAVE REPORTED THESE TO BT TO HAVE THEM STOPPED. BT HAVE A HELP LINE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND AT THE END OF THE LIST IS A SECTION FOR SCAM CALLS. I CANNOT REPORT THIS NUMBER AS

two missed calls when I eventually answered they knew my full name. Not sure if they re a liget company or not but If they are they need some serious customer service training. I got told I was a moody b**ch and then hung up on. I work in a call centre if I ever did that I d be out the door in seconds. Seems normal for them!

Originally, I ask for consultation for a personal website by mistake and Arial made sure that I got to the right department and reschedule me an appointment with Commerce-redesign on the same day. They said they were from Virgin Media and were warning that the connections were being slow but I found the caller very difficult to understand so I will verify with Virgin direct
