I called back (with a 141 prefix of course) and a recorded messgase stating that I could claim for delayed flights within past 6 years. Now blocked! For those that want to block these calls, install a free package on your phone called TRUECALLER. After answering, the caller hung up. I returned the call and got a dead line response, suggesting this number is a scam of some sort. My advice would be to ignore or block this number and not to phone it back. If it is legitimate they would have left a message.

Guy called from 03451128876 today 27/06/2018 claiming to be with BT; "just wanting to see if there was a better deal they could offer me." Knew my name. Lot of background noise. I politely interrupted his spiel to advise him that I'd already received similar calls from his colleagues in the past and that I was perfectly happy with my present deal. He equally politely said that was OK and wished me a good day. Possibly a scam (?) but I'm not going to take the conversation far enough to find out.
