Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!

SCAM Survey Sales call Fraud Hard to understand accent They start to ask about dishwashers, fridges etc. Then they ask about life insurance and investment. Unsure where did they get my phone number and name. Please don't disclose any personal info. It is probably a scam.
Call was a recorded message claiming to be from "Bank Security" Very obvious scam attempt., despite the fact that the female voice had a good southern English accent and good grammar.

SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. SPAM Total Review - life insurance company. Caller definitely had a "British" accent (though I know there isn't just one - he was definitely a native English speaker though) but really didn't annunciate when he was speaking so I struggled to understand him. He backtracked several times when I called him out on what he was saying. Was rude, dismissive and persistent despite me keeping saying I was not interested in talking with him about my life insurance - all in all a pretty horrible experience
