They didn’t even know my name and I’ve been with them for 20 years….jokes, but they did say they can confirm if I give them my email address….I don’t think so pal, they must of thought I was born yesterday, and I clearly stated to them I think your lying and prove yourself. The caller said we had banned loft insulation. Even though they didn't ask if we had any or which kind. They said we had to let their surveyor come and inspect the loft. I asked several times who they were and she kept saying we work with lots of companies. I said I would get it looked at myself and hung up.
