I got called from this number today it's a company asking about a "serious car collision" I was involved in. After asking them to please remove my number as I've not had an accident the man called me a liar and kept repeating "why are you lying... Why are you lying" .. Then hung up on me. I received a text regarding suspicious activity on my Halifax credit card. I was asked to call this number. Instead I visited the local branch of Halifax and they confirmed it was their fraud team. A genuine number.
