Keeps calling a works number for someone never here everytime they say will remove then call back
Was asked if I was home owner and I replied 'I haven't requested that, would you like to tell me about it?' To which she replied 'You're quite rude so I'll get someone else to call you later' I am quite offended as my tone was neutral and relatively friendly.
