Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!
They made it sound so believable. apparently I have had an accident in the last two years that s not my fault. I haven t. Maybe it someone else who lives at my address. NO it s not.
