On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Just had a call from this number on my house phone. Lots of noise in the background but no one answered and they put the phone down. Called the number back and number is not recognized, so obviously a scam.
Fraud Tried to scam my grandmother our if all her savings, said it was the bank! Very manipulative and said not to tell anyone. They have since called several times.
Up till the 2/7/'22, I've found it to be from Paypal. I'm sick of computerised American accents, though, and I don't recommend them as a company, given my experiencees.

Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed.
