Getting heartily fed up of it. Have saved it in contacts with Nuisance call as its name, to avoid answering by mistake if it ever rings long enough to do so!

Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice.
