Obvious scam about problem with Amazon Prime -female voice recording.
Called to tell me I had a car accident 2yrs ago. False information.
Automated call. selling loft foam insulation. when asking enquiring questions the responses were automated like someone pushing buttons to release a voice recording they hoped matched your query but it didn't. Direct sales company cold call.

Asian telephoned my aging mother in law nearly every week about some sort of consumer survey. Would not identify himself or his company, admitted to calling from S.E.Asia. Said his name was James Walker. telling me I have unsecured debt. buckled when I started asking him questions and hung up. asking about my finances and from his accent clearly gave a false name, when I asked what company he was calling from he said it isn t a company it the consumer awareness line, but this does not exist. SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.
