Called March 10 2922. Domestic appliance insurance scam. Didn't wait for all the details. Typical asian voice saying insurance was running out. Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. If in doubt find the phone number you want from an independent source and phone them.

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. They don’t know your name or your card company
