I really want to know who this is as I get at least 6-9 calls a day from this number & if it is a scam or call centre harassing then it's illegal harassing a minor who ...

Caller had an overseas accent and said he was from BT Openreach calling about our internet. When the phone was passed to me from my wife the caller hung up. Could be a scam?
