I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!

I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.
They are waiting 1 signal and switching off. No possibility to call them back. Most probably scam.

Annoying. Have been phoning me for well over a year asking for Mrs Harvey. Have blocked number multiple times but obv have several different ones with corresponding numbers. Usually ask for number to be removed which usually follows being hung up on, today I was very verbal, surprisingly man stayed on line and apologised and said number would be removed. We will see! I did state it was harassment and I would call police next time.

Called claiming to be from PDM in relation to easyspace. about a domain that is up for sale and as a loyal customer of theirs we are given first refusal. used company directors as names which are easily accessible. I said i would pass on to manager and call back. as a small company, I know who our domain providers are. when looked up the domain they mentioned, it is registered until 2023. believe this could be a scam looking to register fake domains.
SCAM - Misleading and untruthful for customers. They train their staff to convince you to put in your card details then they take payments without permission and claim that you agreed to their "terms and conditions" when you have not. Very shady.
