Fraud Call centre, pretend to be "running security" for Virgin Broadband, call to say they have "seen problems on the line". When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all. I told them I was on Grain, and then they just imediately hung up. Obvious fraud scam.

To avoid extra charges or suspension of service, update your billing information via: 3-uk-portal.com It is clearly a scam but just in case I contacted Three as i just ended a contract with them and they said there is nothing outstanding and they have not tried to take a payment from me.
