Szerencsére gyorsan kapcsoltam és azonnal beléptem a bankomba, ahol lenulláztam a bankkártya limitemet. Ma délután már hívtak is bankomból, hogy gyanús tevékenységet észleltek, 188 AED (Arab Emirátusok) értékben akartak levonni pénzt

I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. I’ve now blocked this number on my phone. SCAM

Pre-recorded female voice (American accent) purporting to be HMRC but number coming up on iPhone as Newquay area. Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. Fraud called themselves Virgin Mobile but later found to be Cheetay Logistics PVT Ltd (pakistan) took loads of details promising to reduce monthly Phone bills and provide a new phone. After asking for passwords and discussing a new contract, bank details were taken and phone to be delivered. They tried to then scam £13,065.01 out of a bank account starting with a £9.35 delivery charge, a £30 bank check then took a £24 charge further amounts stopped bank details changed and reported to the fraud squad.

Indian male called Alex purporting to be from BT telling me I had a problem with my internet and they were getting urgent error signals. I knew it was a hoax call, had them before, so asked him twice what the signals were and he put the phone down. I googled the number that came up, 01438 318251 and its for a homeless shelter in Stevenage. Indian scammers using business numbers for those that really need help! Sick b$%^A$%s!
