I was contacted regarding a Sapphire Magazine subscription following completion of a survey. This number, based in Cardiff. Very plausible female. I foolishly gave them my debit card number. The truth is they get paid anyway regardless of the 25%, they are allowed to take EXTRA money from YOUR PAYOUT this is limited to 25% by law not a set amount they could let you keep it all if they were reasonable people but they take the FULL 25% as much as the law lets them get away with. This number keeps calling me 3/4 times a day. Getting really cheesed of with it now .If you get a call of these don t answer block them.
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases PPI scam or debt collecting - financial help). In any case DON'T CALL THEM BACK, it can cost you a fortune. Did someone answer this number?
