This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else. Got call to-day nobody spoke - Bit creepy?

Telemarketing for PPI claims. Nuisance calls as they keep calling once or twice a day, sometimes hang up without speaking. When they do speak they try to give the impression that they already have details of what you can claim for while asking intrusive questions. They have twice told me that I will be removed from their call list.
