I too have had money deducted from my Barclaycard. 29th jan It has taken till November and have been informed by swift financial that a refund is due in 30days that was the 26th Oct,nothing has materialised. What annoys me is swift are still sending me packs out to claim on other acts. They must be in on this scam. Where can I find out about act 1974. Sect 75 as I don’t think Barclaycard will refund now.

BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my existing life policy I do not have one!!! Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. I was called by this number on 4 Oct but it rang off before I could answer. My phone generates a caller list and for this number it was shown as 02070-603887. Normally 0207 or 0208 numbers do NOT have a hyphen inserted in them, therefore I am suspicious of it & have not rung it back.

Called our house phone asking to speak to a Mr ****, my partner answered and said sorry no one lives here with that name, they got really angry with him and hung up. Have had a number of calls previously but when answered there is no one there, just lots of background noise. Do not trust this number.
