Vodafone Sales Rep bursting my nut about better offers on Contract Sims. Wouldn t listen to Happy with My PAYG and not interested, infact, he completely ignored me and went into his speel. Asked f his phone can do this and Hung up on him. Now Blocked. I knew they were going to call. Received a text a while back but replied with the STOP text. Shows how they pay attention to that.
Usual PPI rubbish. Fair play, the (Swansea-based) guy sounded as bored with it all as I am.

I had a missed call from this number and I'm from the Netherlands, thought it was strange so I googled the number first and ended here. I don't have a cat and haven't been in Engeland for years so no clue why I'm called from there. So i decided to call back (within 30 minutes) and it said the phone number didn't exist. So that is certainly strange.

Unsolicited automated scam call purporting to be from BT threatening to disconnect internet and phone service due to suspicious activity.
Scammers pretending to be HMRC, saying arrest warrant issued, phone number disconnected, bank accounts blocked, driving licence & passport cancelled, police on their way to home address (which the scammers don’t know). Do not provide any truthful info - lie as tho your life depends on it (your finances are under threat) as they will try to get you to agree to paying £987.26 (over £1000 gets bank fraud dept involved). I m ashamed to say that I worked for Ben Reynolds for a short time back in 2012 when his company was called Crown Lawyers. Same story as these, he d get us to find people with debts, take a fee from them and then cut off all contact with them. Supposedly we d get a commission for every job taken on, but he d tell us that the person had decided not to go ahead with recovering their debt and so we got nothing. Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
