Number had hung up by the time I got to the phone (about 5 or 6 rings). Checked my phone contacts and it isn't a number that's called me before or one I have called.

Someone in Motherwell had an urgent need to phone me at 1950 BST. It wasn t that important to leave a message. On the basis that such appalling manners should be rewarded, these tossers have been assigned to the black list, if and until I can be persuaded otherwise.

The number is fake. London numbers don t start with a 1 after the city code of 020, although there is a real payday loan company called Lending Stream.

This number last three days rang my number I answered nobody there.

Scam broadband issues

Although I didn t request the call, they were well informed and helpful - possibly because we are currently investigating changing our heating system. Offered to call back to arrange a suitable visit. I await to see if their advice is useful/good.

Three calls in Romania, at thelast one my my wife reply telling that i m not available, and they did not introduce them self or leaving a message. Strange!

Claimed to be from Talk Talk re. Junk emails. Hung up when I said I did not receive any junk. Probably a scam.

Rang twice let phone ring once then hung up,didn t call back as I have been receiving other dubious calls and my number is ex directory.

Lifestyle Renew or something. They called yesterday and ensured me they would not call again. I wouldn t trust them with the pickings of my arsehole. All they do is gather answers then sell your number onto others who will sell you their goods. Can t wait for them to phone again tomorrow.
