Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Been getting calls from this number over last few days so called them back. First a woman answered, seemed like it was the last thing she wanted to do and told me the line was bad so she would call me back. No call back so I called again. A man called Joshua stated he was from Lotto Social and would like to offer me 5 free Euro Millions lines for tomorrow night (24/04/2015). I have also been scammed by these guys and I am furious! I have reported them to Action Fraud, but called my bank and they said there was nothing they could do to get m money back. Is it still worth calling trading standards?
