Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)

Called yesterday (12 Nov) at 18:46 and drivelled on about the PPI you were sold. Obviously a bunch of spivs as I don t do PPI as I don t take out loans or use credit cards. Attempted to make a complaint to the TPS and their website says "noting to do with us try the information commissioner". Who is paying for the TPS and why? They seem to be a waste of space.
The AA keep harassing me and switching numbers to avoid being blocked. They will lose any future business with me.

Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. SPAM - Rude and aggressive man on the phone. Tried selling me electric for a unit we'd just moved into. When I told him I'd sorted it myself directly he tried to say I was paying over the odds. When I told him I definitely wasn't he shouted down the phone at me and hung up... if they're going to try and sell you something you don't need then at least make them friendly!
