I had a call from Barny White who asked for my husband. I put the phone down, he immediately rang back and said he was from NCPS Nuisance call Prevention Service. He said our are had had a lot of nuisance calls and said as above for ?84.99 he could stop all these calls and after 3 years it would be free. Gave me a number to ring the same as above complainants. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363428xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing - based in the Manchester area.
